Getting your test results
We will contact you by telephone, or by letter, if a result requires treatment or further investigations.
If your test results are within the expected range or there is no follow up action to take we do not routinely get in touch to let you know, therefore it is your responsibility to obtain your test results.
If you wish to enquire about the results of your tests please telephone the Practice after 10am. The administrative staff will give the results to you, however if you require any further clinical information with regards to your results, you will be asked to arrange a telephone consultation with a clinician.
Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.
