New Patient Registration

The Practice welcomes new patients and registration is accepted upon completion of the appropriate documentation. Patients are then registered with the Practice but can name a preferred Practitioner. This should be notified to reception on completion of the documentation when it will be recorded. As part of your registration an appointment will be arranged with a healthcare assistant.

You can see the doctor of your choice provided that he/she is available. We would like you to see the same doctor for the same problem if you can. If you cannot see your preferred doctor, you may make an appointment to see any doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
