On 1st April 2017 the GP Federation began to offer more accessible appointments with local GP’s and other healthcare professionals from 3 locations every evening and weekend. Evening appointments run from 6.30pm to 8pm on all sites, with weekend clinics 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm on Saturdays, and 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm on Sundays.

Our locations are:

  • Tennant Street Medical Practice, Tennant Street, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2AT
  • Woodbridge Practice, 30 Myton Road, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 0WG
  • Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Park Road, Hartlepool TS24 7PW

You can access an appointment with a nurse or GP, as well as healthcare assistants who can help with health checks, weight management or dressings. At the weekend you can speak to a pharmacist who can help you to understand your medications, and you can also see a Physiotherapist who can put together short term plans to help less chronic conditions.

If an appointment outside of traditional surgery hours would benefit you or someone you care for, please book via your practice.
