Repeat Prescriptions

You may order your prescriptions by identifying the items required on the right hand side of the prescription and either posting it in prescription box located in reception or by handing it to an assistant at the counter during surgery opening hours.

You may also fax your request or you may choose to instruct a pharmacy of your choice (where the service is available) to request the necessary items on your behalf.

Please allow 48 hours before collection

Online Service

The Practice also offers an on-line facility to enable you to order medication via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the service.

Non-Repeat Prescriptions

These requests will take longer than the routine 48hours (up to five working days), depending upon the information needed.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
